Venocko are quite timid, quickly climbing up into the trees at the slightest sense of danger. The hairs are both toxic and hard to get rid of, causing immense displeasure in those who try to eat them.

It makes its nest in a giant tree in the forest. Its coat of thin, stiff hair that covers its entire body is said to have evolved for protection.
