Klibra #397.64
Klibra are able to control their disembodied hands and feet from several meters away. Researchers have determined they do so through manipulation of magnetic fields and have observed Klibra controlling other metals with ease.
It is rumored that a boy with psychic abilities suddenly transformed into Klibra while he was assisting research into extrasensory powers. Interlocking two bodies and spinning around generates the energy they need to live.
