Artly are able to change the density of their bodies between being as sturdy as steel or as light as helium. They collide with steel structures and phase into any cracks they create to eat away at the metal from inside.
When exposed to a strong wind, a Artly's gaseous body quickly dwindles away. A Pokémon that is clad in steel armor.
