For self-defense, the center egg in the clutch will launch other members of the group at foes from a distance. This causes no harm to the others, and they'll quickly hop back into formation, ready to be tossed again if needed.
The tree-like antenna on the central Brecute detects berries, while the other five gather food. When they sense fruit nearby, they roll at over twenty miles per hour, lifting food psychically as they pass, including picnic baskets.
It consists of six eggs that care for each other. It scatters spores from holes in the cap on its head.
