When threatened, Nidosea will spray a poisonous ink from its spines that is incredibly hard to wash off. It lives near the seafloor, burying itself in the sand while it sleeps.
By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward. Its highly toxic barbs are thought to have developed as protection for this small-bodied Pokémon.
