Poryvoir's instability causes the miniature black holes it creates to act unpredictably. When used inside cyberspace, they don't absorb data as intended; instead, they release massive amounts of garbage data into the system.
It apparently does not feel the pull of gravity because it supports itself with psychic power. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
