Togeplume flap their petals in time with their dance moves, putting on shows for the entertainment of other Pokémon. They enjoy the attention their performances draw to them, putting all their effort into being as fun as possible to watch.
In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Togeplume turns yellow with the powder as it walks. It will never appear where there is strife.
