Togeplume are often seen at celebrations, expelling confetti-shaped spores when they're excited. After expulsion, they become considerably lighter, sometimes being carried away suddenly by gusts of wind.
In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Togeplume turns yellow with the powder as it walks. It will never appear where there is strife.
