Octiterra will anchor itself with its suction cups on the ground underneath. It does this so that it will be steady when it fires torrential barrages of ink or water at its enemies.
Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests. It ensnares its foe with its suction- cupped tentacles before delivering the finishing blow.
