Some have said the magma within Maglrock's body burns hotter than the sun, but this is false. However, it has been noted that the heat of its body does increase dramatically when exposed to direct sunlight.
Its dark, obsidian spikes absorb solar energy, which is stored within its rocky shell. It is believed that the inside of a Maglrock is as hot as the sun itself.
