Qwiltine doesn't need to hunt prey, as any fish that swims into its spines will almost instantly succumb to its powerful poison. However, since it only has spines on its underbelly, Qwiltine is usually safe to pet.
On sunny days, schools of Qwiltine can be seen elegantly leaping over the waves. A Qwiltine uses the pressure of water it swallows to shoot toxic quills all at once from all over its body.
