Pidtoise rely on their massive cannons to hunt for food because their wings are too small to fly with. Fortunately, they are also too big for predators to take down without the risk of getting soaked in water.
Its sturdy beak allows it to break open the rock-hard shells of the fruits it eats. Pidtoise uses the pair of cannons emerging from its shell only as a last resort, firing powerful jets of water at any threat.
The waterspouts that protrude from its shell are highly accurate. It has an extremely sharp sense of direction.
