Electricity crackles on Electaper's skin and jumps to anything nearby that tries to harm it. Trainers coat it in mud to dampen the charge, which Electaper seems to enjoy.
Electaper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. When a storm approaches, it competes with others to scale heights that are likely to be stricken by lightning.
