Most of Shellpuff's body is covered by a hardy calcium-based carapace that keeps it safe from incoming attacks. While its limbs are stiff and clumsy, it uses its large, agile tongue to grasp and manipulate objects.
Nothing can avoid falling asleep hearing a POKENAME's song. At night, it burrows a hole in the seafloor with its broad tongue to make a place to sleep.
