Raiowl are rarely seen outside of thunderstorms, spending most of their days sheltering within tree hollows. When a storm starts, they take to the air, their tail trailing behind them as they try to catch the lightning.
It unfailingly catches prey in darkness. If it stores too much electricity, its behavior turns aggressive.
