Qwilmer nurseries can be found around the ruins of shipwrecks. They use the destroyed vessels as shelter to hide in as they grow, puffing up with water and filling an entire sunken room when threatened.

While this Pokémon usually lives in the sea, it can survive on land, although not too long. A Qwilmer uses the pressure of water it swallows to shoot toxic quills all at once from all over its body.
