The inside of Poryder's shell is filled with a strange semisolid material with an odd texture. Many undersea denizens avoid it, frightened off by the strangeness of its appearance.
At night, it burrows a hole in the seafloor with its broad tongue to make a place to sleep. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
