Policeus's appearance is heralded by the sudden appearance of multiple whirlpools surrounding a pillar of light. It is rarely seen, only appearing when it must stop the most destructive of Water-type Pokémon from causing irreparable damage.
It is described in mythology as the Pokémon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms. Its highly developed muscles never grow fatigued, however much it exercises.
