The gills on Piper's face crackle with electricity. Before entering water, it usually dips them in to discharge the buildup. When too excited, it forgets, resulting in a sharp crack as it's blasted backward, left dazed but completely unharmed.
Piper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. It is still inept at retaining electricity.
