Pararein grows tusks made of fungal matter that fall off after a week. The fallen tusks will eventually biodegrade and become more mushrooms that are particularly resilient to cold temperatures.
To protect its herd, the leader battles anything that invades its territory, even at the cost of its life. Pararein are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
