Paroc can be found meditating in caves in an effort to quell their aggression. When disturbed in this meditative state, they release a burst of spores and gravel before going on a rampage.

Paroc's mane is not made of hair, but is a dense network of fibers produced by the fungus growing on its body. Every impact against Paroc's hard carapace dislodges a shower of white spores from its head.

It goads its enemies into attacking, withstands the hits, and in return, delivers a headbutt, crushing their bones with its rocky mane. A Paroc has parasitic tochukaso mushrooms growing on its back.
