Many Palodash were thought to be kelpies when they were first discovered. However, when the first Palodash was caught, it was so temperamental it refused to leave the beach it came from.
It usually canters casually in the fields and plains. Buried beneath the castle are masses of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained.
