Octitres live within ocean waters, but they will spend most of their lives flying in the ocean sky. They will shoot down foes with ink-filled bubble bullets and use their tentacles to snatch prey, which they will drag into water to finish them off.
Octitres is a legendary bird Pokémon that can control fire. It ensnares its foe with its suction- cupped tentacles before delivering the finishing blow.
