Octikazam lives in the ocean but has no control over how it moves, getting taken with the current. Whenever a predator or prey gets too close, it can manipulate psychic energy to push them away or bring them closer, causing its tentacles to throb.

While it has strong psychic abilities and high intelligence, an Octikazam's muscles are very weak. It ensnares its foe with its suction- cupped tentacles before delivering the finishing blow.
