Nidoffy rubs its own fur to generate sparks and electricity along its claws. It uses the voltage it gathers to make little light shows to entertain children and young Pokémon.
Its fleece quality changes to generate strong static electricity with a small amount of wool. When it is with its friends or family, its barbs are tucked away to prevent injury.
