Nidotrum's enormous maw contains one big tooth, so it swallows its meals whole, then sleeps to digest. Its mane and jagged bone-growths are coated in a noxious toxin that wards away predators while it rests.
Thanks to its gargantuan jaws, which could shred thick metal plates as if they were paper, it was invincible in the ancient world it once inhabited. Its highly toxic barbs are thought to have developed as protection for this small-bodied Pokémon.
