Maromo-o love to thwack new objects with their large bone club until they find objects that create a pleasant noise when they're struck. Wild Maromo-o will hoard such objects and use them to produce music, but also to communicate with each other.

Its rigid scales function as offense and defense. A Maromo-o is the evolved form of a Cubone that has grown tough by overcoming the grief of losing its mother.
