It waves its flame around while lazing near rivers and streams, attracting many other Pokémon smaller than it. Though it seems to have long forgotten why it does this, it still serves as a guiding light for many Trainers at night.

It catches prey by dipping its tail in water at the side of a river. While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it.
