Kyomander #340.4
The droplet on the tip of Kyomander's tail is said to be the personification of the sea itself. Whenever water becomes polluted or trash gets dumped into the sea, the drop shrinks in size, and Kyomander becomes unwell.
Kyomander swims through the oceans, seeking out new aquatic Pokémon to play with. It sometimes becomes overzealous in its playing, inadvertently causing monsoons.
The flame that burns at the tip of its tail is an indication of its emotions. POKENAME has appeared in mythology as the creator of the sea.
