Koffbell disguise themselves as tasty vegetables and hang from trees while they wait for another Pokémon to attempt to eat them. Once their prey is close, they expel a poisonous powder that immobilizes the target and then they devour the prey whole.

At night, a Koffbell hangs on to a tree branch with its hooked rear and sleeps. Getting up close to a Koffbell will give you a chance to observe, through its thin skin, the toxic gases swirling inside.
