Kofftik live within electricity meters found in power plants. They eat electric cables and circuit breakers, causing power outages that can take out a large town or city.
They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch. Getting up close to a Kofftik will give you a chance to observe, through its thin skin, the toxic gases swirling inside.
