Jolnat live together in small groups when they are young, sharing electricity sources amongst one another. As they grow older, they grow more independent. Rarely, they may even fight off their own family to protect their electric-laden territory.
Its coat of thin, stiff hair that covers its entire body is said to have evolved for protection. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
