If Joltchu becomes agitated, the fur of its tail will stand up into sharp points. It can fire off a barrage of electrically charged needles at any enemy it turns its back on.
If it stores too much electricity, its behavior turns aggressive. Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts.
