Ho-dash can be rarely seen galloping across the Johto region at fantastic speed, a rainbow trail forming behind it as it runs. Attempts to stop its runs are met with powerful plumes of rainbow fire breath.
It usually canters casually in the fields and plains. Its feathers--which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light--are thought to bring joy.
