Having lived near humans since ancient times, Ho-voir occasionally appear to dance during festivals to inspire good fortune. It is theorized that they may have inspired certain styles of dances in Ancient Johto.
It apparently does not feel the pull of gravity because it supports itself with psychic power. Its feathers--which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light--are thought to bring joy.
