Goomo-o tries to intimidate foes by jingling its scales, but its soft and slimy body mostly makes squelching sounds. While it often isn't taken seriously, its scaled fists strike with more than a hundred times the force of a heavyweight boxer.

Its rigid scales function as offense and defense. It gets picked on because it's meek.
