Garbeon has fully absorbed small islands of garbage into its body, which has caused it to begin oozing a toxic slime. This Pokémon, once proud of its ability to clean pollution, now often finds itself isolated from others.
Garbeon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. They absorb garbage and make it part of their bodies.
