Galvaneon sets up a number of electrified webs at the edges of the lakes it inhabits. It spends much of its time submerged in water, but can sense the dispersal of electricity when something is caught in its webs, alerting it to a captured meal.

Galvaneon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. They employ an electrically charged web to trap their prey.
