Fletchper can spit fire much faster than it can fly, so it hovers above bodies of water and hurls balls of fire at them. Anything unlucky enough to be in the vicinity is flash-fried. They can have negative effects on ecosystems.
Fletchper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. From its beak, it expels embers that set the tall grass on fire.
