Ferrochomp inhabit subterranean chambers so deep and lightless that its eyes have been rendered vestigial. It navigates its environment by using the metallic dish atop its head to detect vibrations in the earth.

When it folds up its body and extends its wings, it looks like a jet plane. They attach themselves to cave ceilings, firing steel spikes at targets passing beneath them.
