It lives by the coast in tropical climates. It rests with only the front half of its body above ground, so it is often mistaken for an ordinary palm tree.
There is a magnet in its brain that prevents an Exeggunix from losing direction while tunneling. Originally from the tropics, Exeggunix's heads grow larger from exposure to strong sunlight.
