Eletar travel by burrowing through the ground in order to practice building up electricity in a safe environment. If a piece of metal ends up between a Eletar's prongs, it will create a constant surge of electricity until it's removed.

A Eletar is born deep under the ground. If it touches metal and discharges the electricity it has stored in its body, an Eletar begins swinging its arms in circles to recharge itself.
