Dunperior can be seen prowling around without a care, even allowing small Pokémon to climb on its body. However, it does not tolerate being attacked or stolen from: in these cases, it will fire drills from its palms and retreats to a dark cavern.
It puts rocks in holes in its palms and uses its muscles to shoot them. Its drill-tipped tail is used to burrow into the ground backwards.
