Dhelrade patrols around the wreckage it has made into its home, using its anchor to smack down larger foes that draw too close. The seaweed on its right arm can extend and grab hold of prey or be used to quickly maneuver underwater.
It attracts prey with a sweet aroma, then downs it with thorny whips hidden in its arms. The soul of seaweed adrift in the waves became reborn as this Pokémon.
