Deoper is very flexible, as its arms can contort in seemingly impossible ways. There was a popular bank heist film trilogy where Deoper was the Pokémon one of the main characters and played an invaluable role in helping rob the bank.
Deoper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. A Pokémon that mutated from an extraterrestrial virus exposed to a laser beam.
