Flying at high speeds, Cloyor seals its shell to protect its sensitive eyes, forcing it to fly blind. As a result, it is frequently observed tangled in power lines and disrupting flocks of bird Pokémon.
Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy. It swims in the sea by swallowing water, then jetting it out toward the rear.
