Chartite are known to have powerful emotional outbursts. Some Chartite try to manage this by meditating on frost-covered mountaintops, while only relying on their flames to keep themselves warm.

It continually meditates for hours every day. The flame that burns at the tip of its tail is an indication of its emotions.
