Legends say this Pokémon appears only in times of lasting peace. It travels through time along sacred rivers. Its crystal tears can restore withered forests, and its presence blesses hidden streams, making healing water flowers bloom.

Celeon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. This Pokémon came from the future by crossing over time.
