Casteal #552.559
Casteal can manipulate the weather, and uses this to try to make people happy by letting children play in the snow or making the sun shine on the beach. However, when people are disrespectful to it, it cries, causing terrible rainstorms.
It is completely covered with plushy fur. It alters its form depending on the weather.
