Caskit floats atop lakes and rivers by spreading its legs on the water's surface, spreading its weight across all its legs. While some Flying-type Pokémon easily pluck it out of the water, many more refuse to get wet for a single snack.

They gather on puddles after evening downpours, gliding across the surface of water as if sliding. To avoid detection by its enemies, it hides motionlessly beneath large leaves and in the gaps of branches.
